Automatic fiber feeding belt is assembled in front of the machine which is able send about 10kgs fiber once a time into the rollers automatically. It saves labor cost and safe for operators.

By developed rollers that assembled with Self-jamming carding cloth the fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged.

According the different specification of the raw material the capacity can be from 150kg to 320kg per hour.

By reasonable roller assemblage which can be 5 times using life than normal standard and the carding cloth is locked tightly itself one by one seems like a net that is not easy to be broken completely when any metal screw or other things coming into the rollers.

Its less repair rate, very low cost and the whole set can be handled by only one operator.
